We do quality check on each of our books. However, should your books experience a misprint, defect, or have arrived in poor condition, let us know within 7 days of receiving your books. We will gladly print another copy for you at no cost.
We double check your photobooks twice before sending it to you and we use bubble wrap to protect the book packaging. Please note we are not responsible for any damage done during the shipping, however we are willing to assist as best as we can, please contact us as we will need to review the matter in case by case basis.
